Refund policy
Returns
We have a 28-day return policy, so you have 28 days from receipt of your items to request and complete a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send you package if your request is approved. We also encourage all customers to return their items in person at our headquarters, The Academy of Beauty and Culture, Unit 1 Academy Buildings, Fanshaw Street, London N1 6LQ.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your items upon receipt and get in touch immediately if the item is not as described or shown, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Refunds
We’ll let you know once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method immediately. Please remember it may take up to 10 business days for your card issuer to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund and more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please get in touch at info@stuarttrevor.com.
