Sí. El envío (España) es gratuito en pedidos superiores a €150. Tu cesta te muestra cuánto falta.

No. Enviamos con aranceles pagados (DDP): todos los aranceles e impuestos están incluidos en el precio que pagas en el pago. No hay nada más que pagar en la entrega.

Returns & Refunds

You can return any item within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be unused, with the tags still attached and in their original packaging.
Returns are not free unless the item is faulty. If you would rather swap for a different size, use your free exchange instead (see Exchanges below).

Las devoluciones (España) son sencillas: nuestro portal de devoluciones online, gestionado por nuestro socio de envíos internacionales Global-e, te da una etiqueta prepagada. Escríbenos a info@stuarttrevor.com y te enviaremos el enlace. No hay nada que pagar por adelantado: el coste de devolución de €13 se descuenta de tu reembolso.
Usa el portal y no tu propio transportista: las devoluciones enviadas de otra forma pueden tener aranceles e impuestos a la llegada, que no podemos cubrir.

As soon as your return reaches us and has been checked, we refund it to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email. Your bank's standard processing time then applies.

Yes. Every order comes with one free exchange, worldwide. Email us at info@stuarttrevor.com with your order number and the size or item you would like instead. You cover the postage back to us, and we send your exchange to you free of charge.

Sorry about that. Email us at info@stuarttrevor.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. Returns of faulty items are free, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
