Please note: we do not offer free returns, however we do offer one free exchange worldwide. If you're uncertain on your size, please contact us prior to purchase and we will do our best to advise you.

Email info@stuarttrevor.com to notify us of the return and we will supply you with a returns label.

 

ALL CUSTOMERS

If you're unsatisfied with a product you've received from Stuart Trevor you can return the product to us within 14 calendar days for a full refund or exchange it for a different size.

Unfortunately, as a small business, we’re unable to cover shipping costs for returns unless the product is faulty, however we do offer one free exchange worldwide.

 

HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Simply email info@stuarttrevor.com and we'll reach out to you as soon as possible to process the return.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you a print-at-home returns label which you can pop on the box and send your Stuart Trevor products back to us in their original packaging. Once we've received your original items, we can issue your refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your items must be in the same condition that you received them in the original packaging with tags still attached.

You will receive a confirmation email notifying you we have received your parcel and returns are processed the day we receive the item back but funds may be subject to standard bank processing times before appearing in your account.  The above notes are subject to our full policy for cancelling and returning your order which can be found on the terms & conditions section of our website.

Please note we are a small business, whilst we try our best to get back to you as soon as possible, we do sometimes experience some delays.
