UK RETURNS

Please email us at info@stuarttrevor.com to request a return, we will then send you a print-at-home returns label. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and send a confirmation email. We do not offer free returns, unless the product is faulty. For a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days, be unused, with tags and in original packaging. Refunds may take standard bank processing time. 

EXCHANGES (Worldwide)

We offer one free exchange worldwide. To request an exchange please email us info@stuarttrevor.com. The return shipping cost is not covered by us, but we will ship your exchange back to you free of charge. If you are unsure about your sizing, you can contact us before your purchase and we will help you choose the right size.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please email us at info@stuarttrevor.com to request a return, we will then send you a link to our international returns portal. Please see the table below for returns prices. This cost will be deducted from your refund. 
Note: Duties fees maybe applied to your return, If you choose to create your own label. We have no control over these charges. The customer will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. We advise you to submit your refund through our International Returns Portal.
