Returns

UK RETURNS

Please email us at info@stuarttrevor.com to request a return. We will then send you a returns slip to include inside your parcel. You will need to arrange and pay for the return postage using a courier of your choice.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7 days and send you a confirmation email. We do not offer free returns unless the product is faulty. For a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days, be unused and in their original packaging. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the refund on your statement.

EXCHANGES (Worldwide)

We offer one exchange per order on us, worldwide. Email us at info@stuarttrevor.com to request an exchange. You are responsible for the cost of returning the original item to us, and we will send your replacement item to you free of charge.

If you are unsure about your sizing, you can contact us before your purchase and we will help you choose the right size.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Please email us at info@stuarttrevor.com to request a return, we will then send you a link to our international returns portal. Please see the table below for returns prices. Return costs are per order, not per item. This cost will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Duties fees maybe applied to your return, If you choose to create your own label. We have no control over these charges. The customer will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. We advise you to submit your refund through our International Returns Portal.
